Hi, my name is Michael Moore, and I am the founder of Aloha Youth Transport. I established this company based on my experience as a transporter for an outdoor behavioral health program, where I had the privilege to work with and transport at-risk youth. Through this experience, I gained valuable insights into the unique challenges and needs of these young individuals, which inspired me to start my own intervention youth transportation service.

During my time as a transporter, I developed a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by the troubled teens and young adults we served. I witnessed the positive impact that a caring, supportive, and well-prepared intervention transportation team could have on these young individuals as they embarked on their journey towards healing and growth.

Recognizing the importance of this critical stage in their lives, I was motivated to create Aloha Youth Transport to enhance the level of care and support provided during the transportation process.

At Aloha Youth Transport, our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and stable environment for at-risk youth during their transition to a residential treatment center, boarding school or wilderness therapy program. We understand that this is a crucial point in their intervention journey, and our team is dedicated to offering not only reliable transportation but also a caring and understanding presence to ensure that each youth feels valued, respected, and supported throughout the process.

Central to our company’s values and approach is the spirit of Aloha, which encompasses love, compassion, respect, and a deep sense of connection. By infusing the essence of Aloha into every aspect of our work, we strive to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere for the at-risk youth we serve. Through founding Aloha Youth Transport, my goal is to contribute to the vital work being done in the field of youth rehabilitation and wellness. We collaborate closely with residential treatment centers and wilderness therapy programs to ensure a seamless and supportive transition for the at-risk youth in our care. Our team is committed to making a positive impact on each young person’s life, guided by the spirit of Aloha, from the moment they enter our vehicle until they reach their destination and beyond.
