Our drivers and staff undergo training and certification in Safety Care and Crisis Prevention, focusing on safety measures, de-escalation techniques, and emergency responses.
No. We do not restrain, force, nor intimidate a child to come with us. Your child must be willing to travel to the therapy program.
If your child refuses to come with us, we will respect their choice. We will not force or pressure them in any way, as that goes against our principles. In that case, we would simply return to Hawaii without them.
If you anticipate this might be an issue, we recommend having an open and honest discussion with your child before contacting us. Explain the situation and make sure they are fully on board. If they are not comfortable, it’s best to explore other options or reach out to a different organization that may be a better fit for your family’s needs.

Indeed, it is more cost-effective for us to fly from Hawaii to the Mainland when transporting your child than it would be to fly into Hawaii from the Mainland.
